Coaching fees vary based on your needs, number of sessions and length of sessions, frequency, whether support between sessions is offered, qualifications/specialisation/experience held by the coach, location and delivery (in person v online).
So, how much does life coaching cost in Australia?
Expect to invest anywhere from $100 to $600 per session, with packages offering better value over time. The most important factor isn’t the price—it’s choosing a coach who understands you and supports meaningful progress. If you’re ready to invest in yourself, Life Coach Jilly offers coaching that’s focused, supportive, and results-driven.
See the introductory Program Momentum Month which involves six coaching sessions with support between sessions across a one month time frame.
Other packages include three and six month via weekly or fortnightly sessions in the form of ongoing containers.
Pricing is transparent and flexible —all agreed up front, submit a query to discuss. Read more about Packages here. -
Definitely. I offer intro sessions and one-off intensives (like the Focus Fortnight) so you can experience coaching before committing to longer-term work. It’s a great way to see if we're a good fit whilst getting momentum on an important goal.

The best part about choosing an ICF credentialed coach, means you are safe as they have the training to ensure conflicts and mental health referrals and processes are front of mind. -
Coaching can support a wide range of areas including burnout recovery, leadership, life transitions, decision-making, purpose, creative re-direction, personal boundaries, values alignment, and reimagining your next chapter. If it’s meaningful, it’s coachable.

Yes. Everything discussed in our sessions is strictly confidential, including for clients who are in public-facing roles or high-pressure careers. You can expect a safe, private, judgement-free space to explore what really matters to you.

Many people confuse coaching and therapy. In Australia, therapists are trained to diagnose and treat mental health conditions. Life coaches work with individuals who feel emotionally stable but want to find clarity, direction, or support through change. Coaching is future-focused, helping you take aligned action — not process trauma from looking back. You can read my full blog which explores this and check out the wellness assessment.
-
Yes — most of my coaching takes place online via Zoom, making it accessible no matter where you’re based in Australia or beyond. I also offer occasional in-person intensives in Melbourne or on retreats.
-
Yes. Burnout is a common experience among public figures and purpose-led people. I offer coaching that helps you realign with what matters, create boundaries, and find a more sustainable rhythm — without losing your impact or integrity.

-
Absolutely if that is one of your goals, I will partner with you to solve how you would go about doing that. Whether it’s adjusting your work behaviours (staying late, over working, checking emails every five minutes) or increasing your life commitments (family time, hobbies, routine, exercise)

I would consider asking the coach what events have shaped their confidence. For me, confidence is made up of a few layers such as taking bold risks and knowing, and trusting you can repeat the process. This can be done by big life moves like solo travel, quitting a job to go after a passion and not letting limiting beliefs stopping you from doing things that make you happy
-
I have helped many clients navigate career transitions. After personally working across interior design, financial services and hospitality/tourism - I realised all industries had a common thread of service and people. Whilst change can be hard and scary, ideally your coach has lived experience of doing something new, even when you can’t predict the outcome. The key is surfacing the limiting beliefs, imagining what is you knew you could succeed rather than fail and taking the small meaningful steps towards that new reality.
